Outlook 2003 SP3 Help Pleas!
When I receive a meeting invitation often I can accept it but not send a response. In this case the meeting will not be noted in the calendar. Can anybody help me with this?

Welcome to the forum.

I guess you are working from home. Check your SMTP settings to make sure they are setup correctly for outgoing mail.

I am not sure if this is the problem because if it was I would not be able to send any mail at all, as far as I can tell the mail is going out with no problmes. I should slso note that I am using Microsoft Exchange Server.

Ah, ok then you should not be using pop and smtp settings. For future reference with POP/SMTP if I recall one sends and one handles receiving. Are you accepting the meeting request for an account other than yours? You might not have send rights for that account.
