Ok I am not an exchange expert, but have been tasked with setting something up on one of our companies exchange server.

However I am having a problem with something that should be so simple.

I want to change the display name of a users email so when it appears in the inbox it shows From: "Joe Bloggs XYZ Ltd." instead of From: Joe Bloggs

I have gone through everything I can find, but have hit a brick wall.

What I have tried so far:

First Name:
Last Name:
Display Name:
Description:
Renamed the account in AD:
Simple Display Name:
Alias:

but email still shows as from "Joe Bloggs"

Argh!

Now dont I feel like a fool

It appears that changing the display name is correct, however it simply takes a little while for it start showing correctly.
