If you look at cell no A92, ticket raised at 2/5/2009 5:16:13 PM and accepted at 2/5/2009 5:22:29 PM is giving the response time as 5:22:29.

Vishal, I opened the file and the resul in row 92 is 0:06:29 not 5:22:29.?

Hi AJ, sorry it took me long to respond to your comment, i tried opening the excel at different locations to make sure if its my computer that is giving wrong output but the results are the same. I saw the screenshot you posted and you are correct but i am not able to get those results up on my screen. You have any suggestion on this?

The only difference AJ, i could figure out in the formula is, in your screenshot its showing ";" whereas in mine its "," and the display formats of the dates. I am sure i am missing something very basic but i am stumped and cant think of anything...
