Vista, Office 2003, BCM 2007
I just bought a new computer with Vista and it came with a trial version of Office 2007. I uninstalled it and installed 2003. Every time I open Excel or Word or Access, it tries to configure BCM for Outlook 2007.
I have a CD for BCM 2003, but am not even sure I need it. I've uninstalled everything and reinstalled it. I've tried to change the registry. It still seems to want to install and configure BCM 2007. I'm at my wits end. What can I do?

BCM should be its own separate entry in Programs and Features that you need to uninstall Separately. Check Programs and Features again to see if its under Business Contact Manager if its not listed under the Microsoft or Office.

I think Triple6 is saying you need to look in add/remove programs for Business Contact Manager if its not listed under the Microsoft or Office.

I understand. It's no longer there. No BCM, no Microsoft BCM. I still have the SQL Server Desktop Engine, but whenever I try to uninstall it, it fails. Thanks for your help. I'm pulling my freaking hair out.
