Question Solved: Master Task List
Hello. I'm using Outlook 2007. I'm working with a group of people among whom, in addition to assigning tasks to specific people, we would like to be able to view a master list of all assigned tasks within that group. Does anyone know a relatively simple way to do this?

I might make a suggestion that you create a Public Folder and put the shared tasks in there instead of sharing an individuals task list. When you create a Public Folder this then allows the people to still have their own task list and manage them independently of the shared task folder.

Hi Jim. Thanks, but I already looked into that. Manually copying tasks into a public folder is not a feasible option for our group, and assigning tasks out of a public folder triggers a warning that the task assigner will not receive task updates.

True you could have your Exchange administrator setup a new account for your group and then share that out as well.
