Exclamation a very new Question
i have 70 systems in my company, in that 4 systems want to access the outlook for customer support . in that 4 systems only 1 system is configured for so many user accounts .. the other 3 systems should access the .pst file of the 1 st (main) system
How to achieve this task without copying the .pst file to the remaining systems daily ,manualy . So is there any solution like centralizing the .pst file that canbe shared amoung multiple systems

Reply to this is really appreciated.]

thanks in advance

I do exactly that on 3 pc's by putting the storage (.pst file) on a Nas drive (Network Storage Drive) which is nothing but an external drive that connects with an ethernet connection instead of usb. They cannot use it at the same time, at least not that I have manged to figur out yet, but all can access the same pst file. Tools, Options, Mail Setup Data Files, Add will do it in Outlook 2007.
