I use Outlook 2007 for my business contacts and managment. I am in need of one simple function in the tasks that I have yet to fine, therefore I would LOVE advice on how to do this or what 3rd party add in can do this.
I need to set up a "task series" so to speak that has predefined tasks that I set up and save to a task folder. Example: For a "New Buyer" task folder, I need to predefine things like Inspection, closing, follow up call, check in, send new cma, take lockbox to home, install sign, yadda yadda yadda. But instead of manually putting in a date for each item i would like to be able to use a "start this task X number of days after the series starts".
Once I have this I can then go to my contacts, bring up "Becky WIllford", my buyer and "start" the task series to run on her name. Then I know that those predefined tasks and dates will automatically start. Make sense?
I would like to NOT use BCM with this since the sync option is almost impossible with a blackberry and really does not "flow" well with regular outlook since they have separeate data files.
I would love a reference for a good add in that could do this for me.
