power point converter
i have just created a nice powerpoint presentation with sound. I would like to convert it to an avi or mpg. Which ever one will give me the best quality. I have tried a few but the songs that i have with my powerpoint get lost somewhere along the line. This is for a funeral so it is very important the any body can play it on their computer. does anyone have any advise.

thanx

my advice would be use the program to convert the visual side then use something like movie maker or any video editor you have to add the sound. Those converters struggle with sound as they are often in reaction to event or action.

(In future i might try using something like movie maker in the first place, you can do nice things with text and transitions

Hope that helps

Have you tried saving it as a "PPS" file?

Saving as a pps won't help but you might want to look at create an exe file from a ppt.
