I assume when you say box you mean cell borders?? Are you saying that you want the cell border to grow as new rows are added??

Excel allows sharing of workbooks with the ability for multiple users to make changes at the same time. I've never had the need to do this before so I can't really advise on how well or effective it will work in this situation. You may want to create a new thread to see if others can offer advice on how to handle this.

If it's related to the main form and final report I would say just continue this thread. I'll help out any way possible.

Hi Rollin,
I Was In The Phase Of Testing The Form And I Noticed That, Once The Record Exceeds More Than 300, It Takes A Long Time To Update When You Click On Save Data. So I Would Like To Know, Instead Of Saving Data To An Another File(Final Report.xls), Can You Make It To Save The Data's To The Last Sheet Of The Final Form Itself.

I've Altered Some Fields To The Main Form. So Iam Attaching The Updated Form

What is the name of the last sheet that the data will be saved to? Can you also include an updated copy of the MainForm sheet in addition to the FinalReport sheet?

Regards,
Rollin
