Solved: cant print more then one page at a time
when I try and print multiple copies from word it will only print one at a time and I have to open the print window again to print another. Any suggestions.

No guarantee that I can offer a solution but it might help if we knew ...

What version of Word you are using?

Does this only happen for MS-Word or in any application?

Brand and model number of printer?

Do you have the latest printer driver's installed for that printer?

Is the printer connected directly to the computer with the problem?

which option is set when printing? current page, All, selected pages?
OK just re read your post, see if driver will update or maybe reinstall and and select the driver yourself when attaching your printer

word 8.5
epson cx7400
drivers updated
printer directly connected

Tried to print 3 copies of page one in my spreadsheet and looks like it will do it just fine. Must be an issue with Word.

Any suggestions?

I am not familiar with "Word 8.5". I have heard of versions like Word '97, Word 2000, Word 2003 and Word 2007.

I did find some information on the MS web site that describes the same problem with other versions of MS-Word and a list of known printers that have the problem. I am not sure if it would help you or not.

my wife figured it out. When you type how many copies you want you have to click "collate" right under the number of copies box.

She cought me right in the middle of reinstalling works which lead me to a new problem. Wjen reinstalling it the install wizard kept prompying me to insert the install disc which was already in there.
