MS Project Views
Hi,

I am trying to make the move from runnign a program on excel to runnign on MS project. We do hundreds of jobs a month which are at different addresses. At the moment I have my project set up as Summary task (address), Then Excavate, and back end work,as Outline level 2, and tehn repeat for every job. I am trying to get a printable view which I can give to my teams that do the excavation and back end jobs which is like a diary for them, telling them which job they should be on and when. When I go to calender view all I get in the bars is excavate. I cannot get the summary task to be included in the bar, nor can I get a time scale in hours along the side.
With the previous system on excel, I was able to give each tema nad their supervisor a sort of diary telling them when and were to be.
Do I need to set up my project differently, or is there another view I can use.

Thanks
JJEF
