Solved: Office 2007 Office .pst file issue!
After installing and updating Office 2007 application for Vista 32 bit, upon opening Outlook, I continue to get an error message about repairing the pst.exe file. I know how to do the repair, however, I cannot locate the .pst file as Outlook will not open. A simple search does not locate the file, and the file is not residing where is should reside.

Thanks!

Jo

In Outlook, click File -> Data File Management.

Hi Iamjo20

Is Hide extensions for known file types disabled?

If you cannot open Outlook 2007, see if the following steps will show you the location of the .pst file:
Control Panel > Mail Icon > Data Files button
Highlight the .pst file and click the Open Folder button to have Windows take you directly to it.

Let us know if that works for you or not.

There is no .pst file listed, at all? You have not been able to use Outlook 2007 since installing it?

Click the Show Profiles button and see if a profile even exists.
Add a new profile, a .pst file should automatically be created for the new profile, and attempt to start Outlook 2007 with the new profile.
