What does the Bill of Material make? Usually it is an Assembly of some kind.
I will look at your BOM Form and see if we can see that.

Do you mind if I re-arrange your tables as they do not have proper Key Index fields to make the proper relationships.

At the moment I can't see any difference between your BOM table and your Part Record table other than the BOM table has a few less fields?
Can you explain the difference?

spdstr, I have modified some of the tables to the way that I think they should be, But I have concentrated on the Manufacturers, Part numbers, Models and the new BOM table.
I have created a Models Table query and Model BOM Form with a BOM Subform where you can select and or display the Part Numbers for that Model.
I have not finished re-arranging the other Sub table to get the correct Relationships yet.
