This version extends their times by 30 minutes.
Can you do the "Total Nurses" Combo on the Form?

your code is working perfectly ......but I tried to copying it to the main excel sheet but its not working properly ....I will check it and get back to you .....thank you very much

ya ....but it correctly saves the used nurses but the total number of nurses is not getting reduced......I don't know why

That is a Formula in Column AB, which is =$AA$1 - AA3

Sorry I didn't know .....Its working now....But the code extends the time only by 15 minutes tell me where to change it to make it 30 mins.......

The +2 on this line should add 2 Time increments and I am not sure why it doesn't on your version
For rcount = 0 To cmbduration.ListIndex + 2
you could try increasing it to + 3

it works perfectly now.........thank you very much .......the only part left is to save the total number of nurses in the corresponding cells .......I have attached a file in which if you click the button and enter the total number of nurses for a month it will save it automatically to another excel sheet 'input file for # of nurses' but now instead of saving in a seperate file it should save in colums that we created to the side of the sheets according to each date in a month.......help me doing it during your free time.......I have 365 sheets...... each sheet for a date....
