Outlook Sent Email Sorting
I have a habit of sorting out all email I get into folders.

I have a simple requirement for managing emails I send:
Every email I 'reply' or 'forward' should be stored in the same folder as the email I am replying. AND it should get a 'green flag'

I am using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP.

have you looked at Rules on the tools menu? Just follow the steps, I only saw Move a "Copy" ( instead of just Move) under the "after Sending Rules..but that is no big deal ( you can add another rule to delete the regular sent items, and you also have a rule for Categories....should do it all for you.
