If any one can offer any help with this it would be much appreciated!

In word, at the beginning of my document, I have a drop down menu (to select 'user type'). There's ~5 options in there at the moment, but more might be added later.

What I'm trying to do is, after the user picks their choice from the list, then a paragraph of text appears below with some information and a couple of text form fields.

Depending on which option the user picks from the dropdown, a different paragraph (with different form fields) should appear.

I've written a Select Case for the different options for UserType, but am pretty stuck now. Not sure how to move forward with this - any advice or guides to what I need to research would be brilliant.
