PDF bookmarks in WORD 2003
Have large WORD document with stylesheet formatting - headers, subheads, etc., I want to apply.pdf bookmarks so that when viewed, viewers can browse the document and go to the section needed.

In WORD, I am converting to Adobe by clicking an icon that I understand to be linked to Adobe Acrobat 5.0. I am able to select which styles should have the bookmarks applied to, which in this case, are my custom styles.

But, I am not finding where I should change the bookmark level, so they are all defaulting to level 1. I want to define level 1 and level 2 bookmarks.

Nor, when opening the document in Acrobat, am I able to edit the bookmarks, or add more. The option, "New bookmark from structure," is grayed out.
