I recently had to reinstall my operating system (XP) and am now experiencing a weird issue. I use Outlook 2003 on an exchange system. Everything installed/updated perfectly & have been using Outlook without any errors for a few weeks. I just tried to import some new contacts and when I click on the "Import from another program or file" in the menu, nothing happens. I click on the "Next" button and Outlook doesn't recognize the click. the system isn't hung up as I can select a different option or select cancel just fine. I can click on the other menu options, however neither the "Export to a File" or "Import from another program or file" operation work. I have done all the updates to Office 2003 and have had no other issues with any office application. I am a little stumped, especially considering this is a fresh install of office, without a history of potential bugs.

Any suggestions of what to try?

Perhaps this functionality has been disabled by the system admin?

I am the admin, if you want to call it that. I know enough to know that I wish I had a sys admin =). I have never had an issue like this before and haven't disabled any features. Weird.
