Exclamation Solved: Microsoft Office Not Working
I was trying to open a word doc and I got a message saying "This action is only valid for products currently installed"

I never removed anything???

I also looked in my start menu and the Microsoft Office folder says (empty)

Please help!!

This is for Office 2007

Looks like it has been uninstalled.

Get your CD' out and reinstall it.

You did keep a copy of the downloaded file did you not?

If you did NOT, then you will need to contact your source and see if you can get another copy that will work with your key code?

You do know what your key code is?

I do have the key code and the e-mail sent from microsoft

Should I try to re download?

Yes, but save the file to a folder or a external drive so you will have it when you need it again.
