Outlook Error: Cannot start MS Outlook

When starting MS Outlook I get this error: Cannot start MS Outlook. Cannot open Outlook Window. I tried the MS Fixit 50030 and tried the system restore, but now when opening Outlook I get the box to create new profile.

Windows XP
MS Office Enterprise 2007
