Microsoft office wont install !!!
i am trying to install Microsoft office 2007 professional on my laptop
the OS im running on the laptop is Microsoft Vista service pack 2
the problem is that everytime it gets to the loading files bar , it stops and a message comes up
saying "Microsoft office has encountered a problem during setup" nothing else but that has been coming up and ive tried installing it a lot of times
ive tried deleting rgstrtn.lnk because alot of the problems i have checked out before using this forum has been caused by that file and deleting it has done nothing , the same problem occurs.
IF ANYONE COULD HELP , ID APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH
thank you in advance
