Picture in outlook signature lands my email in receipient's junk folder
I am using outlook 2007. my mails seem to end up in the recipient's junk folder (again this is outlook 2007). After fiddling for some time i close in that the image i am using in the signature is causing my mail to end up in the junk folder and not the inbox as expected. Please help me.. i need the solution very urgently

If your need is urgent, you could remove the picture from your signature and run that way until you figure out what is "wrong". I suspect that the problem is the rule set at the recipient's end. Does this happen with all recipients?

Yes i am not using the picture any more. When i use the Rich text for email format then the signature works fine for the first time when i send it. When i reply back to the same email, the picture gets replaced with OLE Object: Picture (Device Independent Bitmap)

When i use the HTML format my email ends up in recipient's junk folder always (the error being access blocked to image)

should i be doing something else....

unfortunatley this error is ont on your end. The other end (whoever you are sending it to, has spam filters in place that are flagging the images in your signature as spam.

you can try having the person you are sending email to add you to their "safe senders list".
