docx error
error .docx with word 2007 using vista on one user account, works ok

on the other user account.

why did you post this in the malware logs? Nobody can help you in here on .docx errors, only on malware.

What is the exact wording of the error, please, and the exact circumstances in which it is happening?

I'm also going to move this to business apps so we don't clutter up the malware section.

pablo1845, welcome to the board!

It is going to be very difficult for anyone here to help you with such little information. We don't even know what error you are seeing, or what the behavior is. Can you open this file on any machine with 2007? Have you tried on other machines? (You should.) Is it any other files? Any other file types (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Notepad, etc)? Is your Office up to date? What service pack do you have? Is your Vista up to date? Please give us more details - much more.
