Outlook 2007 Junk Mail Filter

When I first installed it, it worked fine which saved me the cost of renewing CA anti spam which is great but a bit pricey. Now, Outlook's junk filter is junk itself even to adding many contact emails in that folder. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone have any suggestions how to fix it - if it's fixable! Many thanks.
