can I disable word 2003 pop up tooltips or balloontips?
When editing Word 2003 documents with track chages we are annoyed by popups that show the change just made. I have searched but have not found any way. I can not edit the registry as it is not permitted at work. None of the searches for disable tooltips or balloontips has helped.
Doesn anyone know if I can stop these pests? And will they share the secret?

Did you try the preferences/options, under either File or Tools?
