Hi, I have an odd issue with Office 2007. It started with links not being "clickable" in Outlook, but I now notice that links seem to not work in any Office application (no, this isn't the common security issue with links being blocked, nor the common IE not set as default browser issue).

When going to Insert > Hyperlink in any Office application, the hyperlink dialog box does not appear. Nothing. Clicking the button 1 time or 5 times results in nothing. The button can be pressed, but the dialog never opens, even after typing text and highlighting.

I have tried many things including Resetting IE Web Settings, reinstalling Office 2007, reinstalling IE 6 (we have to have this version here), reinstalling SP3 for XP.

Does anyone have a fix for this?
