Hello Guys,
I am having issue on Outlook 2007 when replying to an HTML based message. I always want my reply below the quoted text. As you may know when replying to an HTML based message, it includes the blue vertical line on the most left side of the email.

When I hit enter in between paragraph, the blue vertical line extended, see above .

I want something like this.

Is there a work-around to this issue?
Please advice.
