and also have the ability to add ever-expanding data rows.
I have found that if in the data sheet - you create the data to be a list
So highlight the area
Data
List
Create

That will then allow a couple of things to happen
when you add the data into the last row - it now has a * against - it will
1) Copy the formulas down in column K, L, M
2) If you create the pivot table now on the range - which is a list - it will automatically update the range each time you cut and paste
then all you have to do on the pivot table is hit the refresh ! on the pivot menu

I set this up a few years ago on 2003 - where a report was received each Monday and in order to analysis this data - the Project Mngr needed to update a number of reports and charts
By setting up a number of formula and a list - he could just past the report into the * of the list - click on refresh on two pivots and two pivot charts and had all the reports produced ...

hope that is what you meant

i'll log onto my excel PC and try and update your example - so you can try it out

so I have created the List

In the Data Sheet -select the full range of data including header

From the menu
Data
List
create list

Now a blue line goes around the data
and a blue * appears on the last line

add new data - manually or paste rows in
the formula should copy down
goto the pvt sheet
click inside the pivot table
click ! on the pivot table menu

latest updates updated in pivot
