| Outlook 2007 Address Theft Hi I work for a company using Vista with Outlook 2007 for our client database. We currently have some 4,800 client records on our database and have recently noticed that some of the addresses are being 'stolen' from other cards on the database. They are, in effect, copying the address from another record and replacing the one that was originally there! A lot of the time it is from the next record above in the alphabetical list of companies but sometimes it is a random thing throughout the database. Is this a known issue with Outlook and if so does anyone know of a fix? I hope this makes sense!! Thanks Simon  |
