Go to Tools, Options, Email Options and make sure "Read all standard mail in plain text" is not checked.
Also, if there is a bar at the top of the email that says something (vaguely) like "Pictures have not been shown for your security. Click here to download/view pictures." then you should just be able to click there.
Or, it could be that the person who sent it never included the picture - a number of online email services strip out pictures automatically, or send them as attachments rather as pictures in the email.
Or, as Hans said, it could be your anti-virus.
Or your computer has measles.... |
