Solved: Excel 2007 Print Issue - Cannot print landscape
Set up the worksheet to print with a landscape layout on a single page. Only printed first column and did so in portrait. The print preview looked good before printing. The worksheet can be printed in portrait mode.

Operating system : Vista (32bit) SP2
MS Office Home and Student 2007
Excel 2007
Printer : HP 209A All in One
Drivers: latest installed

Welcome to the board, What's the problem?
Unless it contains sensitive data, can you post your sheet?
Maybe a printer setting?

Cannot post the sheet since it contains personal finance details. I can say that the problem only recently occured. We have printed from Word, Powerpoint, and Photos as well. I have noticed that Excel issues seem to be prevalent when using Vista as the operating system and/or newer printers.

I will attempt to print in landscape using another sheet. I will upload that one if it does not work.

Here is a second file I tried to print in landscape mode. Despite the worksheet print settings it did not print.

I just picked up the file and without changing anything sent it to the printer, no problem here, but no VISTA either.

I'll try it tonight at home, it's Windows 7 and a Deskjet with a surrogate driver see what it does.

Strange.

Resvolved the issue by installing a Deskjet printer HP990C and assigned for Excel use only. Seems this was an issue for Excel 2007 and Vista. Thanks for your assistance
