Regardless of what your OWN PERSONAL BELIEFS are... Being raped is wrong as it violates ones rights. Being raped involves one individual forcing intercourse onto another individual who does willingly want to have intercourse. Intercourse (regardless of whether it is anal or not) is completely different from rape as so long as it is consensual and willing by both individuals, it is not rape. Any other thoughts on the matter is solely ones own personal beliefs of what is right and wrong. You cannot impose your own personal beliefs onto others. Just because you find anal intercourse immoral, does not mean that it must be made illegal. Anal intercourse, so long as it is done willingly by both individuals, is not a crime as it is not rape. Your other problem is your trying to equate "love" into this. You say anal intercourse is not 'love'. Well, some people, who happen to love one another, do have anal intercourse (no matter how odd I, or you, find it, lol). But just because you do not find it moral yourself, is no reason to impose your beliefs on others. For one, you have no right to do such. Two, it is unconstitutional (atleast here in my country...) to impose ones beliefs on another.

Is this censorship of free speech?

It is about rape having only recently been classed as a war crime, and a crime against humanity.

The other poll is about the age of majority in order to protect children from those who consider the age of majority to be that of puberty (generally fifteen) on "religious" grounds, and use this belief to either ignore the law, or to change the law in their favour.
