The thread 'khaki' was closed contrary to my instructions

I instructed the time to be 9PM EST

I am going to repeat my last post as I didn't discover the thread closed till I needed to do an edit.
(first is the edit that I left off when I screwed up the copy and paste)

Time goes by and there is no response from you khaki.
I am taking that as a negative position for a settlement of the conflict between us.
Khaki, if you wish to pursue this now or at a later date, you will have to lead the way in a discussion.
I am including all correspondence that I have sent to you, in this thread.
There are my words and I see no problem in posting anything that I have said in private. These are my words and thoughts to do with, as I like without restriction.
To each of these messages, you gave no reply. Of the first, none was requested.
IMO, there is nothing in the second message that I have to be ashamed of and nothing that I haven’t said or implied (concerning the subject matter) to the individual of note, Mulder.

To the forum:

I do think that the personality conflict between myself and khaki is not only a negative to the intent of the forum’s goals, I think it is destructive. While this forum is only the electronic projection of thought in a virtual world, as in real life there can occur a circle of violence and hatred that feeds on itself. This forum is experiencing only a mild form of that which I do not believe to be unhealthy at this point, as long as it is recognized. However, the two people in this thread are taking this circle to a pointless destination.

Any one here that remembers one of my early posts might remember my attempt to show a walk-away position. I called it ‘Beating a Hornets Nest’.
Anyone watching my posting also knows I can push my arguments to extremes.

I have just tried to take my own advice.

Khaki- if you want dialog, you will have to start it.

To the forum: I am posting the two screen shots of my messages to khaki. After that, If any one thinks I’m a jerk in this, thinks I’m positioning myself for any reason, or thinks I’m deceptive to the forum….post it. I will read and give consideration to it. I will not be responding to other than khaki.

I intend to lock this thread today, Sunday 9PM EST.

Any later comments can go in a new thread or be PM’d to me. I think this thread does not need an open-ended life span, for obvious reasons.

No, I'm closing it now and I'd like it to stay closed and the subject dropped. This is not a forum for the resolution of private squabbles. This is forum for discussion of relevant political and social issues.

Khaki has made the right decision, in my opinion, not to continue with a response here.
