I can't do this for a while
AS much as I like to debate issues, I must take a break.

I can disagree so much with LAN and CF, Mr Mulder (if he was here) adn others, yet remember to treat them with respect, and receive respect in turn, but frankly my heart isn't in it.

I have used Civilized debate as a distraction the last month or so. It helped keep my mind away from more grevious personal matters but the distraction isn't working any more. All I can say is that all the issues of the world, Iraq, the economy, politicians and the like, don't amount to a hill of beans, AS Bogey once said, compared to my DAd. He is havind a bad day and his rapidly deteriorating condition scares me like nothing has ever scared me before.

I will try to read some posts during any moments of quietude I can have, but posting seems umimportant.

Peace.

Take care of your real world Jim. The rest continues on and will even when you come back.

It is unimportant compared to what you have before you.

Take care......

Sorry to see you go for the time being, but you need to do what's best!

Take care of your father the best you can, and most importantly, don't forget to take care of yourself!

Times are tough right now and you should follow where your heart leads you. If you need to come here from time to time and bash a few heads or be polite in retorts then do so but take care of your family first!

As you know, I'm there by your side, whether or not you are around here. So do what you need to do, and we'll do the best we can while you're away.

pyritechips,

Sorry to hear about the misfortune which has visited your father and yourself. IMO you are a good man, and one of the most decent, civilized, humane people on this forum. If you are in real life the way you are here, then your father is fortunate to have such a son.

Take care and God bless, PC.
