Haliburton Dipping Into Our Pockets

Very interesting news this morning---The Pentagon is withholding 15% of future payments to a Haliburton subsidary claiming that they are bilking the government for services in Iraq.

By this evening, the Pentagon had done a complete about face saying they needed to study the situation further. Wow how things can change in a period of about 8 hours---I can see Dick 'Satan' Cheney working the phones all afternoon.
