I gotta tell somebody
My Son (19 yrs old) got off work at the pizza joint early last night (5 PM).

The manager says he made a call (not to my home) and a white Cadillac showed up and some Mexicans "helped" my Son into the car and drove away.

At 10 PM I called to see if he was ready for a ride home. The manager then told me he had gotten off early (and told me nothing else)

I waited up until about 1AM and finally resigned myself to the fact that he was out partying yet again.

He never came home last night.

I called his work and found out that my Son won't be scheduled to work again until tomorrow, and then he mentioned the incident with the car.

I called the Police and they say they won't do anything because he is not a minor.

I'm going nuts right now with a mixture of rage if he's okay and great worry that he might not be.

He's been into drugs before (pot and meth) but has recently been assuring me that he's clean.

Thanks for listening. I had to get that off my chest.

Yes....his Dad the police and half the school looked for him...

He had decided to play hooky and skip the Halloween dance at school...

Needless to say, he was grounded from EVERYTHING for the entire summer, after I yelled at him for an hour straight.

I hope you son's OK. I will be sending good thoughts your way, Lan.
You must be beside yourself with worry...

done that.

The police say it sounds drug related, and it seems that is playing a factor in their lack of concern.
