Everything is free, unless you're one of the people working, then you have to pay for someone else's free ride

I find it interesting that you recognize Catholisim as the only true religion and the rest of us are "pretenders". Sounds like you are a bigot. Also, not agreeing with any religion's doctrine does not mean you "hate" them. That's why we have different religions, because someone some where decided a change was in order. My last comment to you....I don't hate the Pope. And in case you are wondering, I don't hate Jewish people. In fact, I am not a hater. It's against my "pretender" religion to hate.

I guess I'm losing my sense of humor? I took it very literally and I will fight back.

LOL! I don't hate Catholics either, Mulder; but I have an aversion for the institution called the Roman Church, self styled "Catholic Church," because I see it as an ancient, corrupt organization that sells God's mercy to the gullible. Along with Ovid, I was say, "Tempus edax rerum." I also have an aversion to Zionism, but I have no aversion to individual Jews or Judaism. In fact, one of my favorite writers is Philo of Alexandria, or Philo of Judeah. His exegesis of Genesis is a mind opener.
Apparently St Jerome either had different manuscripts or he chose to rewrite sections of Genesis. Neither the Douhay-Rheims or the King James version follows Philo either, choosing, I suppose to follow Saint Jerome. As Saint Augustine wrote in the City of God, "Know that all men are liars, but neither love them, nor shun them the less." Mulder, I think you tend to simplify the complex relations between man and the world. The Yin and the Yang are not black and white.
