I think they should get what they paid into it and that's it unless they can get legal residence, then they get the full benefits. Regardless of whether they were legal or not, if the government stole 7 1/2% of their salary, it should be given back to them. The illegal status is a different issue.

There is a way to come into this country and live here legally and contribute by paying taxes. I do not think the U.S. should any longer be the great Benefactor as if there is an endless amount of money.

Legal alien, I agree. That an illegal should get back his 6.8% is ludicrous - he's getting the lions share of his money and should count his blessings or, go home. They are costing the US much more than we will ever take from them - Or at least until a Democrat gets in office and raises the tax rates to 80% to pay off Bush's debt!

The only right illegal aliens have in this country, is the right to be deported.
