That wasn't her thought moments before when she decided to end her child's life! The baby has my sympathy.......another wasted LIFE! 23 weeks is TOO FAR along to have an abortion..it's murder! This particular Dr. is a plague to society...an outright murderer....I've thought that of him since I first heard of him a year or so ago. How he lives with himself is beyond me...oh wait...he has NO conscience!

My Thoughts exactly and On top of that the Nurses (if you can call them such) that did not even help are lumped into that Category as well

You're right...since I think abortion is wrong...that career choice would never be among my picks...but if that was the last job available on earth for a nurse...I'd quit my profession!

Florida girl's abortion allowed
A pregnant 13-year-old girl in Florida has been allowed to have an abortion after a legal battle over the issue.
The girl, known only as LG, was told last week she could not have an abortion, because she lacked the maturity to make such a decision.

But the same judge reversed the order late on Monday, after LG underwent a psychological evaluation.

"Legally speaking, it's not a difficult decision to make. Morally speaking, it's very difficult," the judge said.

"But I'm not here to make the moral decision. I'm here to make the legal decisions," Judge Ronald Alvarez said, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel newspaper.

'No good news'

Florida Governor Jeb Bush said the state would not fight the judge's decision, but expressed sadness about the situation.

"It's a tragedy that a 13-year-old child would be in a vulnerable position where she could be made pregnant and it's a tragedy that her baby will be lost.

"There's no good news in this at all," he said on Tuesday.

Florida's Department of Children and Families had sought to block the abortion, because LG is a ward of the state.

She learned last week she was three months pregnant.

It is not clear if she has had the abortion.

Florida state law specifically does not require a minor to seek parental consent before an abortion.

LG's lawyers argued that meant the state - as her legal guardian - could not block it.

Abortion is a deeply divisive issue in the US.

I'm not against abortions, but this one I was. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the law clearly state that an abortion is illegal after the 2nd trimester? And, given that this woman was almost 5.5 months into her pregnacy, why choose to have the abortion now? (I also question her decision.)

This place needs to be shut down, and the nurses and doctors need to be held on criminal charges whom performed this abortion/murder. And could someone please take off all of those pictures of that poor baby?! Now that's sickening to look at.

Well, I'm actually pro abortion in the 13 year old's case

Now, the lady in the first post, that is just plain ridiculous to wait that long to make a decision like that

I would support it in the first trimester.

5.5 months pregnant tells me that the fetus is probably viable (could live if born at this time) Abortion this late, though still in the 2nd trimester, is nearly criminal, IMO.

Hey! And guess who's paying for that abortion, folks
That's right, you & me.
