Exclamation Political Star Wars?
The liberal advocacy group Moveon.org was preparing to spend $150,000 to run advertisements on CNN over the next few days - and to spread leaflets among audiences in line at multiplexes - comparing Senator Bill Frist of Tennessee, the majority leader, to the movie's power-grabbing, evil Chancellor Palpatine, for Dr. Frist's role in the Senate's showdown over the confirmation of federal judges.

Talk about manipulating your argument to fit the subject Come on people...give it a rest!

Actually, the vast left wing conspiracy is working hand in hand with George Lucas to bring down Bill "the Fanatic" Frist. Lucas, using Yoda's ability to forsee the future, planned this years ago. He knew that upon release of the last Star Wars film, Frist would be trying to change the rules of the Senate, and like Chancellor Palpatine---take total control of the universe. Thank God we have people like Ciberblade who can define these often murky connections and protect us from this massive conspiracy.

In other words...you believe this garbage. The story was written 30 years ago! It does not fit into todays political mindset...unless you try and make it. And what's this conspiracy crap? The closest I've taken a deep breath..perhaps you should breathe deeply and create your own conspiracy

Linksy, I know that you will respond better to this question than others on the forum so don't take this the wrong way. Who the heck are "you people"?

Ciber, I'll start to get concerned when I note the appearance of the clone army

You people--right wing---both the religious right wing and so-called secular right wing---of which most are actually closet religious right wingers.

Controling Everything---thats fairly obvious. It would be nice if you could control a couple of things with some professionalism. I use to think the wingers were pretty good bureaucratic managers--but heck, they have really messed things up on so many fronts.

We're on to you Ciber. We know you are a sythe master trying to help First conquer the masses.

I'm fine Ciber but trying to spend less time in front of this forum (evil addictive forum ) and more time getting something accomplished....

Okay... but it depends on who is saying the phrase. To mulder, "you people" are the liberals... From Ciber's thread on political affiliation, I found some better tests and got classified as moderate libertrian (Darn your tests Ciber )... so I'm trying to decide of I'm part of your "you people" or Mulder's "you people"...

So I am a closet secular-religious right winger without professionalism simply because of my distaste for people overly politicizing things that have nothing to do with politics?

How ever did I manage all that?

I have no idea of who you are---thats the beauty of the Internet-you can be whatever you want to be. For all I know you are a liberal playing a conservative for effect! Where do you stand on the threatened Bush veto of embryonic stem cell research? That would probably reveal alot about who you really are.

LOL----you dont want to answer because you know you are a closet religious right-winger! Okay, an easier one---when in the last 5 years have you disagreed with any of the "Missing Links" policies in any thread in Civilized Debate? Once? Twice? Zero?
