Your probably right Wino--I sometimes think that they focus the hate on the Clinton's in order to avoid the reality of their total incomptency vis a vis running the country. Kind of reminds me of what Hitler did with the German people---focus on those Jews who are constantly plotting against the pure Reich and are involved in an enormous conspiracy to drain our bodily fluids.

Anyway, as Gerald Ford said, "our period of national sufferring is coming to an end".

Reading the winger rants here, I do believe liberals are the new 'Jews' for the Bush Eight Year Reich.

As far as I can tell, the Republican feelings toward the Clintons are not unlike those the Democrats have towards Bush. Both feel that damage has been done to the country and both wingers are unwilling to look objectively at the issue.

By the way, Bill Clinton is no longer in office and Hillary Clinton is one of 100 senators in Congress. Neither sets policy. No doubt in my mind, that 50 years from now, when both Clintons have met their maker, the radical right will be attacking them as the cause of all their current problems.

Sorry to disappoint, but my views on Clinton are well known, so I am unable to give a laundry list for you -- I'm sure Mulder, Lan, or GB would be happy to oblige.
Kind of like Bush -- hated from jumpstreet. See the similarity?

Good point Schwartz---the extreme right wing of the Republican Party was going after Clinton for things they claimed he did before he even got to Washington--all of which turned out to be tin foil hat stuff. Now that Bush, who actually has done horribly as the president is getting attacked, they cry like the whimpering babies they are. It's amazing how short their memories are.

You think Clinton had it bad, just wait till the next Democrat gets in office. I am going to have a blast positing all kinds of absurd nonsense like you do here on a regular basis about Bush. The difference is, I'll make it actually make sense!

And talk radio and right wing blogs are going to crucify whoever gets in office as a Democrat. Clinton missed the Internet blog revolution so it was much more difficult to get the truth out about him--he was protected by the media and right wing radio wasn't what it is today.

Speaking of our fomer President:

Quote:
Help Wanted: Bill Clinton Seeking 25 Interns

National Ledger
By Jim Roberts
Feb 25, 2006

The William F. Clinton Foundation has posted an Internet job listing for unpaid interns. Seriously. The president that is now the butt of jokes anytime anyone claims they did not have sex with 'that woman' is brought forward apparently would again like to have a gal Friday around to help out.

Desperately Seeking Interns

One item on the web site promises hands-on experience and says the interns have the responsibility of interacting directly with the staff.

(Insert any joke you would like here).

No - I'm not making it up.

Page Six gives this account:

It's been 10 years since the ex-president faced impeachment over his dalliance with the world's most famous intern, Monica Lewinsky. But now the William F. Clinton Foundation has posted an Internet job listing for unpaid interns.

"If you are an undergraduate, graduate or professional student or a recent graduate with your own strong interest in crucial issues of our day, the Clinton Foundation Intern Program offers a unique opportunity for growth, learning and meaningful service."

Remainder here>http://www.nationalledger.com/artman...27263746.shtml

So does anyone here want their daughters to have "hands on experience" with Billy Bob?
