Do You Believe It Would Be the Right Decision To Declare War on Germany in WWII?
Do You Believe It Would have been the right decision to declare War on Germany in WWII regardless of whether we were attacked by the Japanese? In other words, should we have joined the Great Britain and France in the war agaisnt Germany regardless of whether we had been attacked by Japan?

Other.

History can't be changed.

I don't know how it would have turned out had we not declared war, and honestly I don't care to find out. I'm happy enough with the present as it is. If we hadn't declared war, I'm sure society would be different (though for better or worse I don't know).

"If only, if only." The moon speaks no reply
Reflecting the sun and all that's gone by.
Be strong, my weary wolf, turn around boldly.
Fly high, my baby bird, my angel, my only.

of course. By the time we did declare war, Hitler was cuckoo enough so that he very probably would have managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory itself, but anytime, anyplace, there is a war of that scale being fought that has those types of atrocities being committed, well, you got to toe the line to defend what you believe in.

Hilter didn't attack us nor did he have any WMD. Why should we have cared what happened in Europe. We had no national interests at stake nor were our national interests threaten.

For the sake of humanity. Millions of people were being killed all over the world and it was your moral duty help

People dying every day, thousands and thousands at a time, its not my countrys' responsibility to help them. And who are you to tell my country what its moral responsibility is, take care of it yourself.

You know better than that. Just don't care for playing 'what if's", plus as GB has already done, you will try to compare it to Iraq, and that BS don't fly.
