To cover up the trade centers..
I haven't seen anyone post about this..although it might be false.I would just like to see your views.

Apparently there is a project going on for a huge glass skyscraper(called Freedom Tower) to go in the place of the trade centers.I'm not sure but maybe you have some comments on that?Like to suggest another building instead of the glass tower,or anything else.If not then this was just informative..

The footprints of the towers themselves are to become a memorial. No buildings going over them.

I read it, did I miss something as I don't see anywhere in that article where it states the building will be built on top of the footprints. The picture in the article that depicts it even has the memorial in the foreground.
