Unfortunately, if a person, of any faith, desires to prove or disprove certain items, they can be quite selective and/or skewer results in certain manners.

Moses wrote Genesis 3500 years ago. He saw the creation of the universe and wrote what he saw. Since then scientists have found his description and their findings to be in complete agreement. Moses wrote about events 3500 years ago that scientists have not fully understood until just recently.

One piont being, empire and canndy [try to] show correlations between their holy Book and science, yet other holy books, do they not have same correlations? Vast majority of religious writings/books, IMHO, have some shred of evidence - and those with desire can point to just about anything as 'proof'...

Of course, back in those times, wasn't quite a bit of the science carried out by religious people?
