Your predictions for 2007
Middle east braces for new wars. Asia is going to be the economic vibrant continent. America seems likely to be embroiled in another war in Persian gulf. Israel state may never make peace with Palestinians.Africa needs a lot of economic investments.

it is going to be gloomy year in the middle east. Europe union may make progress to become a strong entity in the world. There are some democratic improvements in the Gulf Arab states: national assembly races in Bahrain and first-ever elections in the United Arab Emirates, all of whose members had previously been appointed.

earth quakes, tornadoes and terrorism are going to affect millions of people lives. Israel will engage in another Lebanon war. Iran might attack some neighbouring states.
African states are going to witness a lot of revolutions. there will be more asylum seekers from Africa moving to Europe this year.

Oh, so basically war, war, war.

And with Saddam Hussein's hanging, I can already see something happening within the first month of the new year.

Generally, the whole area within proximity to, say, Israel will be a troubled area. That includes northern Africa, and the Middle East.

By DARLENE SUPERVILLE, Associated Press Writer Sun Dec 31, 12:29 PM ET

WASHINGTON - Another terrorist attack, a warmer planet, death and destruction from a natural disaster. These are among Americans' grim predictions for the United States in 2007.
Among other predictions for the U.S. in 2007:

_35 percent predict the military draft will be reinstated.

_35 percent predict a cure for cancer will be found.

_25 percent anticipate the second coming of Jesus Christ.

_19 percent think scientists are likely to find evidence of extraterrestrial life.

Honestly--given that the media is primarily controlled by liberals, I would be surprised if most Americans were anything but pessimistic--which is why the thing I am teaching my children first and foremost is DON'T LISTEN TO MAINSTREAM MEDIA PERSONS. These people are no smarter than anyone other college graduates (and in most cases are dummer) yet they opine on everything most of which they have too little knowledge of the facts to make an intelligent conclusion.

Here's some predictions that will come true.

1. The Bible will still have the answers to all of life's problems.
2. Prayer will still be the greatest power man has with God.
3. The Holy Spirit will still convict people of sin, comfort those who grieve, and empower the saved to live by faith.
4. God will still dwell in the midst of His people.
5. God-Anointed preaching will still be the means God uses to deliver His word. (God expects His people to do His work in the world through the church.)
6. There can still be a song in the hearts of God's people.
7. God will still pour out blessings upon those who trust and obey.
8. Love will still be the greatest life changing force in the universe.
9. Jesus will still save to the uttermost those who put their faith in the sacrifice He made on the Cross.
10. There will still be room at the Cross for every sinner that chooses to come.
