Barack has stated that he would favor a ban on all semi-automatic weapons. It's not an important issue for me. As it is, I really see no reason to be able to fire off 10-20 rounds in as many seconds. I hit what I aim at with the first shot anyway.
Oh, and where's your "there's no way Obama beats Hillary" spiel?? I'm disappointed. Obama '08 | He would even ban my semi auto shotgun I hunt doves woth . He is more anti -gun then Dennis K I think . I have followed his every meeting. I am one of his volunteers and I am hoping and praying that the voters of this country will actually listen to what he has to say and ignore any racism or bigotry or derision that may come from all sides, and see the man for what he truly is.
He does not want the Presidency because he is overly ambitious....he
does not want it to be the first black president....he does not want it for
the fame, power or riches. He wants this job because he has been
disallusioned, as most of us have been, for the last 8 years.
This man was told that $50,000 of his donations were from lobbies.
He ordered the money returned poste haste. He only wants the money
from committed American citizens--no lobbies involved. He wants
CLEAN money and money he will not have to repay with FAVORS.
I do suppose that some people will see his color and find him
unworthy--or some may see he is not of the political elite--. I realize
he's in for a tough road ahead, but I believe with all my heart that
Sen. Obama will be our next PRESIDENT of these U.S. I will do what-
ever I can to make that possible.
For your info, I am a retired, white, widow, of limited means. I simply
believe Sen Obama is exactly what he portrays himself to be.

#245 | Barack Obama bombed at the debate on the question if we had been atacked by Al Queada .
Hillary nailed it . Barack did not say attack back and shows he is not ready for prime time. I see his star fizzling by the press and they will want Hillary. IMO. | | Distinguished Member with 66,563 posts. | | Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: California Experience: Intermediate |

#255 | In single sentence, Obama would flush trillions of dollars the US has spent on our nuke arsenal down the toilet.
In addition, he takes an important bargaining chip off the table, and therebyweakens the US negotiating hand worldwide.
Thank God he's not our President.
Idiot. Obama: No Nukes, Ever Obama says use of nuclear weapons to fight al-Qaida ‘not on the table’. Quote:
WASHINGTON (AP) - Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama said Thursday he would not use nuclear weapons in any circumstance.
“I think it would be a profound mistake for us to use nuclear weapons in any circumstance,” Obama said, with a pause, “involving civilians.” Then he quickly added, “Let me scratch that. There’s been no discussion of nuclear weapons. That’s not on the table.”

Oops.
