....ok then... first three minutes are some old actor going on and on about nothing...probably his last fifteen minutes of fame.

...ok...five minutes in some dude is going on about how he told all heads of countries about UFOs.

... 6 minutes in, he states the governments are sitting on technology that could correct environmental challenges.

... 7 minutes in he is beginning to give reference to documents of UFOs that prove that TWO presidential administrations have sat on this info.

... 8 minutes in he states 'aliens' have disabled our military because they are 'concerned' with our violence.

... Ok 9 minutes in I am beginning to say "ok...wheres the proof, 'cause I'm getting really bored."

... ok yawning through the 11th minute part.

... 12 minutes in he states please be skeptical... like no shat!

... 13 minutes he asks everyone to move towards banning space weapons.

... 14 min... blah blah blah...OMG like get on with it!...

... 15 min, finally the first witness... FAA employee retired...

... 16 min. says he taped and videoed proof of UFO ...showed Regan, CIA, FAA experts all saw it

... 17 min. CIA then had them all swear that it didn't happen.

... 18 min this guy holds up a copy of the tape/video.

... 19 then holds up documents of the proof to swear to go to congress that everything he stated is the truth.

... 20 min next witness... US air force dude...

....21 min in... I'm too bored to go on. .... I will watch the rest later.

The parade of testimonies connected with larger organizations is an age old fallacy of debate method. IF they had the proof they claim...they wouldn't need the lengthy decorated speeches.

One part stood drastically out to me...and that is the guy with the 'top secret' security clearance. I have that clearance...and it is the lowest level you can obtain. But then, the credibility usually depends on people not knowing or questioning such.

I must say after the first 20 minutes it gets rather interesting. I am continuing to listen to the video while doing other things, and it did keep my attention after the first 20 minutes.

It's wrapping up with the original speaker stating the UN is getting involved and now reporters are asking question to each of the speakers that were presented.

Seems to me, not only are they blaming leaders for hiding this technology but they are focusing on our dependence on fossil fuels and how these aliens have alternative methods that could help us move away from this use that the government has known about since the 60's.

I should probably clarify a bit...now that I've got my food

In regards to information and documents...the 'top secret' is typically the highest level...the most secured info. In order to access that information, there are differing levels of clearance. In government, top secret is the lowest allowed access. There are two other levels below it -- for civilian use -- those are 'confidential' and 'secret' and are rarely used. Top secret consists of a ten year background investigation (usually done by the FBI) and is renewed every five years. Then there is the 'SCI' level -- the...umm....sensitive something or other information...and it has many sub-levels. I know there is at least one other level for special or temporary projects.
