#3137 | Bali Bureaucrats Are Coming for Your Wallet
Anyone who doubts that the man-made global warming hoax is an underhanded attempt to impose international socialism should keep a closer eye on the shenanigans in Bali, where insidious bureauweenies are proposing a "luxury tax" of $780 per person per year to punish us for causing the imaginary climate change crisis.
Don't worry, only the rich have to pay. By rich, they mean those of us who make more than $9,000 per year.
As the sanctimonious thugs at CAN International dyslexically proclaim: Quote: |
[A]s this current ecomonic system got us here in the first place, a climate change response must have at its heart a resdistribution of wealth and resources.
| Apparently America causes global warming, but not communist China. Since the phenomenon is not primarily man-made, it's caused by anyone or anything that totalitarian leftists say it is.

That has to be about the most unintelligent thing I've read about Global Warming, Lan.
I hope there's a link for that.
But, if you're talking about greenhouse gas emissions on a per-capita basis, America is far, far, ahead of China. Really far.
China Signed on to Kyoto, America did not.
China agreed with limits to emissions as do all other delegates in Bali. America did not. America is the only hold-out.
The only way forward is to ignore America and go forward in trying to keep our climate kinda comfy so global economies, including America's, can flourish.
This way, the whole world can scrub the global septic tank while America keeps flushing the toilet.
Not a bad plan, huh Lan? | | Senior Member with 1,614 posts. | | Join Date: May 2004 Location: Montreal, Canada. Experience: Usually old enough to know better... |
