True. But if the entire Middle East dismantles their weapons at the same time...well, then it's possible. (Highly unlikely, since it seems they love calling nuclear weapons "holy fire"....)

It's rather unfortunate that we cannot go back to the days of pre-nuclear...

Now it's almost ridiculously easy to build and detonate one.
