Poll: Besides Bush, Who is the Most Incomptent
I remember when Bush was running for the presidency he often said he was going to bring professionalism and ethics to Washington. Jokes on us. Who is the biggest incompetent (the list is endless) in his admnistration. Feel free to add anyone you want to this list. I only could remember about 2,945 so I had to be selective. I mean I even left out Rumsfeld.
